Very poor customer service, only valuable while they are taking an order. You are responsible for shipping return and they take a 15-25% RESTOCKING FEE! Rude manager Michael George(sure) we returned $800 item because it didn't work! Too bad read the fine print. We are so upset with this company. We bought a dishwasher from Living Direct in the middle of July. We have been updating our home and haven't had the time to install it (or even take it out of the box) until yesterday (middle of August). We installed it correctly and put in a few dishes to wash. Horrible, horrible, customer service. Says next agent will be right with you, what a joke! Does not answer phone, on hold over an hour. Tried 3 times today and 2 times yesterday and nothing. Product was misrepresented too and looks like from website they will only refund 85%. Also have to return in 15 days but you need an RMA number by phone, what the heck? I purchased a edge star kegerator from Living Direct a little over a month ago. The door was crack and the whole thing was dented. Temperature would not chill properly and it poured awful. I have tried to call the company numerous times and was never able to get through. Bought $2300 ice machine...didn't need the pump so I needed to return it. Charging me 15% "restocking fee". That equates to $50. This is how they treat you for buying a big ticket item. You can take your customer policy and shove it up your ***!!!

Does anyone at Living Direct/Edgestar (yes, these scammers are one and the same company) care that their dehumidifiers overheat and give off an unpleasant burning smell??!?! Is this normal? I know the warranty has expired, but if you tell me this is normal I think you're full of it. I don't mind shipping it back for a repair, but at least don't feed me manure from a script. I bought a portable dishwasher and had to return it. I think it is terrible that I had to pay $98 to ship it back plus a $35 restocking fee. Will never purchase from living direct again!

I bought a used Edgestar washer/dryer combo, it does a great job washing, but does not dry doesn't even heat up! I called the company asking what could be wrong, I was told there was nothing they could or would do to help me as I wasn't in warranty! I asked if I could buy a service manual as I own a Handyman Business and we repair washers and dryers again was told there was nothing they would or could do for me! In short they don't care about... Living Direct - OMG/Wow, this is not good news...

I bought a refrigerator and stove in May 2015. The project stopped and only last week did I remove the cardboard box from the refrigerator. What I found was a totally banged up side. An combination washer dryer was delivered on May 5, 2015 as part of an ongoing renovation project. There was no physical damaged seen upon inspection at delivery. When my contractor went to install it he noticed internal damage to the unit that makes it un-useable.
