I bought a water cooler as a Christmas gift a Clover B7A and did not know these come with water line connected and bottle fed units. I received a water line connect unit and just wanted to exchange the unit for one that took the bottle.

Sense they did not carry the one with the bottle they tried to sell me a unit that was about twice as much and when I said no as that was more than I wanted to spend they said we can't take the unit back.

Thankfully it was under a $200.00 purchase so I will give it to the Salvation Army. I will never buy from Living Direct again as they are customer service challenged.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $179.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Bad customer service.
