Received an ice maker as a gift. Didn't need it so decided to exchange it.

When I called I got the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Told me to put it on Craigs list and resell it, "It's a gift" he said, as if I should not be complaining about anything. I was so angry I wrote to Living Direct and asked for a Supervisor to reply to my complaint. Guess who the supervisor was?

Yup, the guy who answered my call. What kind of company is this.....STEER CLEAR. Never again.

I've never seen a company that doesn't let you exchange an item and only gives back 85% of the cost.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

On point on the rudest so called supervisor. I cannot stand doing business with such companies with such leadership.
